Friend Zone (2018)

Boyo lives in a shared house with two friends. One day, she is suddenly dumped by her boyfriend. To make matters worse, she is fired from her job due to roommate Stud. Boyo and Boom kick Stud out and let a new guy, Good, move in.

Stud crashes at Earth and Sam’s place. Despite appearances, this couple is starting to show cracks. Meanwhile, Boom is being harassed by her ex and ends up fighting with her current partner Tor.

Am is struggling with her family’s recurring debt issues. Bern, desperate for change, can’t resist a suspicious investment scheme. Boyo covers for Boom at work, but fails and ends up arguing with her.

Boyo spends the night with her ex Safe, but is crushed when she realizes he has moved on. Stud supports Earth and Sam’s relationship by keeping potential interlopers away—but things get complicated.

Stud decides to leave Earth and Sam’s place. Meanwhile, Good unexpectedly reunites with Pun, a former colleague he secretly liked. Boyo, just as her new job starts to go well, runs into Ploypink at Safe’s apartment.

Am and Bern’s relationship ends in a final breakup. Boom excitedly plans a beach trip with Tor, but a message on Tor’s phone threatens to ruin everything. Earth, having reconciled with Sam, vows to change.

Boyo impresses during her job trial period but is concerned about Boom after a warning from Tor. Stud throws a party attended by many, including Earth and Sam.

Boom can’t forgive Tor for not trusting her. Sam tries to hold onto Earth, but their relationship nears its end. Boyo discovers a new dream but starts to feel used by Good.

Bern is discharged from the hospital and finally decides to move out. Earth, feeling betrayed by Stud and Boyo, confronts Boom for answers about Stud’s love interest.

Boyo hatches a plan to get revenge on her company and Chart. Good struggles to understand Pun’s feelings. Boom grows closer to Bern, while Am makes a big confession to Boyo.

Boyo reluctantly helps Tor win back Boom, but gets angry when she sees Boom with Bern and reveals Am’s pregnancy to Bern. Earth decides to leave the company.

Bern tries to see Am but is rejected. Tor prepares for a rap battle. Stud urges Earth to stay at the company and resigns himself. Everyone gathers at the battle with heavy hearts.

Boyo invites college friend Bew to a drinking party with Boom and Stud. Though Bew had a bad rep in college, Boyo believes people can change.

Thanks to Bew, Good joins Boyo’s project team—and so does Safe. Sam notices that his coworker Ton is interested in Earth and grows wary.

Boyo grows frustrated with Good for failing his duties as a boyfriend. Am meets a woman named Cris at a bar. Boom takes on a shady job despite Tor’s warnings.

While shopping with Sam, Earth runs into Bew. Tension rises as Bew brings up the past and stirs drama between Boyo and Good. Stud ignores calls from his estranged mother.

Good becomes isolated at work, which strains his relationship with Boyo. Stud and Earth reestablish their friendship—but Earth warns him to stay out of his love life.

To secure sponsors, Boyo cooperates with Bew and gains favor with a sponsor named Locker. Boom becomes wary of Tor’s social circle, while Cris confesses her feelings to Am.

Bew and Safe reaffirm their friendship—but Bew wants something more. Earth is fed up with Pop, who still pines for Sam, and seeks advice from Stud. Boom is anxious about her relationship with Tor.

Locker makes moves on Boyo, who cautiously keeps her guard up. Pop offers to return the house he once shared with Sam, who then suggests to Earth that they live together.

Bew is shaken to learn about Safe’s feelings for him. At a group hangout, Safe shows up, putting Bew on edge. Meanwhile, Boom finds comfort in Tor’s brother, Tod.

Am discovers something shocking while stopping Cris from fighting a drunken customer. Good and Music agree to a casual relationship. Bew sends Safe a video while heartbroken.

Boyo visits Bew in the hospital. They reconcile and plot to keep Safe away. Stud seems to have won Pop’s favor.

Good learns that Music still has feelings for Locker and hesitates to tell Boyo and Music. Meanwhile, Ton tells Pop that Sam once cheated on Earth with a friend.

Pop’s dinner plan causes a major rift between Earth, Sam, and Stud. Tor and Tod clash, and Tor breaks up with Boom. Despite warnings, Boyo starts dating Locker.

Music confronts Boyo and demands she break up with Locker. Sam and Earth try a non-exclusive relationship, but Stud’s involvement brings tension.

Locker insults Blue, drawing him into the complicated drama between Boyo, Music, and Locker. Tor calls Boom to his family home. Am and Cris visit Am’s mother to share news of their relationship.

At Boom and Tor’s wedding, lingering feelings surface—Boom can’t let go of Boyo, Stud wants Ta to believe in him, Cris wants a second chance with Am, and Sam and Earth talk about their future wedding. Everyone gathers, each holding unresolved emotions…
