Eight people with eating disorders struggle through a 42-day treatment program at Shades of Hope, an extremely difficult rehab center near Abilene, Texas. Maverick therapist Tennie McCarty uses unorthodox methods and a tough-love approach, asking her clients to confront the painful issues in their lives that have led them to use food as an escape.

6. Guess Who's Coming to Family Week
⏱ 42 minFamily week is approaching and the clients are suffering anxiety. Layne's devastated that her family won't come, and Amy tries to let go of her anger.
7. Family Week
⏱ 42 minAt family week, DeJuaii comes out to her mother, Elizabeth confronts her father's coldness, and Amy's family accuses her of playing the victim.
8. You're Not Ready to Go Home
