Marahuyo Project (2024)

King is exiled to Marahuyo after a conflict with the college dean. Reuniting with his mother and grandmother, he attends Mariano Soliman University (MarSU) where he befriends Venice, a transgender student. Witnessing Venice's struggles, he starts an LGBTQ+ student organization at MarSU.

King meets the annoying, rule-abiding student council president Ino who rejects his application to start his student org due to the low number of LGBTQ+ students. Out to prove Ino wrong, King and Venice attend a house party to search and recruit their fellow community members.

After successfully recruiting Venice and Lorie, King returns to Ino to have their org application approved. Meanwhile, Lorie contemplates whether joining the org is a good idea or not.

King, Venice, and Lorie are suspended and assigned to do community service. Ino attempts to get closer to King. Elsewhere, Venice seeks to reconnect with Archie as their past catches up to them.

King, Venice, and Lorie, together with Ino, do research on the rich history of Marahuyo for their school board pitch. Meanwhile, Archie ponders on how he wants to live his life and Lorie discovers the truth about Lili.

King, Venice, Lorie and Ino pay an elderly resident a visit for an interview about the town’s past. As they find out the forgotten past of the town, Ino learns about the painful secret about his family.

King, Venice, and Lorie search for Lili who disappeared after her sexuality is revealed. Elsewhere, Ino’s newfound courage is tested as he prepares for the annual Balagtasan.

Now reunited with Ino after his grand public revelation and impeachment as student council president, King, Venice and Lorie defend their org’s purpose and existence in front of the school board.
