Sorano Minamo visits a live event held in the mysterious land of Alicepia together with her best friend, Hinomoto Natsu. However, the venue is suddenly attacked by a mysterious monster. At that moment, Minamo witnesses the appearance of a “Princess,” a figure who sings and dances to vanquish the creature.

Sorano Minamo transforms into Princess Ripple but continues to struggle against monsters due to her inexperience. Just then, Princess Zeal, whom she saw recently at a concert venue, comes to her rescue and saves the day. The true identity of Princess Zeal is Shirube Kagari, who happens to be Hinomoto Natsu's idol and someone she deeply admires. Minamo learns more about the Princesses and the monsters known as Jammerwock from Kagari.

Having decided to become Princess Ripple and protect Alicepia, Sorano Minamo begins following senior princess Shirube Kagari around to get advice from her. Meanwhile, in Alicepia, a new threat emerges as a boy named Guita releases a Jammerwock, following the actions of Bess.

One day, Sorano Minamo meets her favorite streamer, Ichijou Nagase. She is then invited to a small-scale live concert held after school at Alicepia. While Nagase is preparing for the performance at Alicepia, the third enemy, Drun, appears and unleashes a Jammerwock to attack her.

Kira Kira (Sparkle). That shine created by people is what Nagase values most. However, feeling a disconnect between her own sparkle and that of the Princesses, she grows disheartened. Overwhelmed by self-doubt, Nagase becomes unable to continue her activities with Alicepia, even if only temporarily.

In absolutely unstoppable form — to the point that even Princess Ripple and Princess Zeal are left speechless — Princess Meteor effortlessly takes down the Jammerwock. Still buzzing with excitement, she proposes a get-together that serves as a wrap party, victory celebration, and team mixer all rolled into one. Karaoke, tea, shopping—Minamo and the rest take full advantage of the day off to dive into the festivities of the wrap party… and everything else you’d expect on a fun-filled break day.

Bess continues producing Jammerwocks of various types—Pawn, Knight, Bishop—and it seems she has successfully created a new model once again. As Sorano Minamo and her friends enjoy a girls’ gathering at Ichijou Nagase’s home, the conversation blooms into a lively talk about their families. However, in the midst of the cheerful tea party, an emergency dispatch request suddenly arrives from Naviyu.

The mysterious group known as Band Snatch continues to grow stronger. In response, Minamo and her friends search for ways to power up. Their conclusion: instead of each singing separately, they should perform as a chorus. The princesses form a unit and immediately begin their training. However, Princess Ripple becomes aware that she is the only one dragging the team down, which troubles her deeply.

By the way, Sorano Minamo's hobby is baking sweets. Inspired by this, she decides to try creating and streaming her own videos. However, things don't go smoothly, and she keeps running into trouble due to her inexperience. To cheer herself up, Minamo heads to an event featuring her favorite sweets streamer, Sato Kaede. But as usual, at the event venue, she encounters Jammerwock and Guita.

On the way home from Natsu's street performance in Alicepia, Minamo and her friends encounters a girl who tries to create a new dance move combined with both martial arts and music called Himura Mikan. Inspired by Natsu and Mikan, who enjoys their Alicepian activities, Minamo and her friends decide to make herself a main star.

First off, who are Jammerwocks and Band Snatch? In order to find the answers, Naviyu search for the old documents in the library. Meanwhile, in the Princess Room, a tea party is being held with sweets made by Minamo.

One of the twins were saved, but the Princesses need to save the other one by challenging Calisto for a fight. However, even the three of them were no match for Calisto's power and they were forced to detransform at one point.

Just as the Princesses trying to discover the true identity of Jammerwocks, and by extension the Band Snatch, the villainous band group also trying to investigate the girls in order to find an efficient way to retrieve Musessence. And what method they will use?

One day during a lunch break, Minamo and her friends met Hakase Manabi, a genius inventor from next class and a friend of Natsu who has strong sense of who she wants to express through Alicepia, and is the kind of a girl who wants to root for.

On their day off, Minamo and her friends went to Sorami Tower in the morning. By chance, they meet Kazahana Sumire, a senior member of Kagari's library committee. A mature and gentle senior student, Minamo aspires to be like Sumire.

Nagase's classmate, Tanaka Mai, captivated the audience with her dancing. However, there's trouble coming on her, which turns out to be related to Nagase.

Kagari is worried about her classmate Hasegawa Hayate, who has been feeling down lately. But when Kagari asked her about it, Hayate just gave her a vague laugh and brushes it off. However, Drun then steals Musessence from Hayate. As the Princesses rush towards the scene and began fighting, Kagari heard Hayate's voice coming from a Jammerwock.

Minamo's mother, Yoko, also visited Alicepia when she was a child. Hearing Yoko's childhood stories made Minamo's love for Alicepia become even more intense. However, Calisto appears before Minamo.

To Kagari, Alicepia was an endlessly free and kind world where she was seen as just a normal girl, with nothing special about her. Meanwhile, the Band Snatch's secret operation has finally come to light while Guita himself challenged the Princesses for a fight without a help from Jammerwock.

Nagase goes on a date with her fan Aiko. Even though they're having a great time, Aiko seems to be worried of Alicepia, who has been acting dangerous lately. But Nagase encourages Aiko by telling her that the Princesses will defeat the villains. At the time, Nagase saw Bess in the town and ended up being lured out by him.

Minamo is gradually getting used to filming her baking videos. But suddenly, her cooking idol Sato Kaede suddenly appears. As two girls with same hobby, Minamo and Kaede began their own conversation where she learns about Kaede's love for Alicepia. However, Drun appears.

Minamo and her friends are excited when their friend Natsu held her own solo concert that isn't on the street. However, during the midst of their joy, the rest of the Band Snatch all appear at the same time. When the Band Snatch finally shown their true strength, the Princesses' songs had no effect on them, which they're overwhelmed and ultimately defeated.

Now that they've recovered, Minamo and her friends head back to Alicepia for their final showdown with the Band Snatch. Transformed, the Princesses put up a fierce fight against the Band Snatch, whom they have once defeated. However, the difference in strength is still insurmountable. Still, the three refused to give up before they heard a song reached into their ears.

After the Princesses defeat the Band Snatch with their newfound powers, the mastermind behind the allegations appears before them: the Red Queen, ruler of Alicepia. The Queen said, "For Alicepia to survive, one must be strong." This is why she is giving them trials, in order to encourage their evolution.

Kisaragi Botan has always been fascinated by princesses. After all, the fighting heroines she has admired since she was little actually exist. Wanting to become a princess herself, Botan decides to start by becoming one.

After overcoming the decisive battle with the Red Queen, peace finally seems to have returned to Alicepia. However, the Jammerwocks still continue to appear. While the mystery remains, no answers have been found, and so for the time being, everyone continues to go about their daily lives. However, Alicepia won't let the Princesses rest.

The Princesses defeat the strange white creature who calls herself Flower Knight Sincere. The danger to Alicepia is not over, and they are understandably disheartened. But today is Natsu's long-awaited live concert, so they shift their focus and head to the venue. Naturally, it is Flower Knight Sincere who reaches out her evil hand towards this happy stage.

Minamo and the others accompany Kagari to the Central Library in Alicepia to return a borrowed book. By chance, they meet their senior, Sumire, there. They learn that she regularly visits the library and has a habit of reading books to the Alicepians.

Sumire is Sincere's true identity. Believing there must be some reason behind it, Minamo and the others try to probe the matter discreetly later, but Sumire gives nothing away. To dispel the gloomy mood, Minamo and the others head out to play at Natsu's suggestion. While thoroughly enjoying Alicepia, Jammerwocks and Sincere appear once more, targeting Musessence.

Unable to withstand the ever-increasing Musessence, Alicepians will disintegrate. Upon learning this shocking truth from Sumire, Minamo and the others come to understand the reason why the Kazahana sisters fight. For the sorrow of losing their beloved Alicepians is no longer something that could never happen to them.

Furumi Eru is a member of the drama club. She wants to perform a play about a Princess, so she runs around Alicepia to gather materials. But her bright and sparkling personality makes a target for Flower Knight Purity, Lily.

Even if the White Queen's intentions are good, it's still wrong to attack a girl on purpose. As Princesses, they have to keep fighting. That being said, it has been decided that Minamo and her friends will perform a street live show.

One day, Minamo discovers a video of Lily and an Alicepian are dancing happily. After discussing it together, the main group decides to head to the location where the video was filmed to gather any information they could find. But suddenly, they find Lily and Sumire there.

Though everyone celebrated the birth of the new Princesses, the Kazahana sisters, regretting their past actions, refused to join them willingly. The Kazahana sisters vowed to protect Alicepia as Princesses in their own right. Classmate Matsuri Furano smiled at Sumire, while Natsu, unable to leave her be, attempted to engage with Lily.

Since the Kazahana sisters are still distant from the others, Minamo and her friends plan a date. And through smooth talking and clever maneuvering, they managed to make a promise with the sisters. When they arrive at the aquarium, everyone has a great time.

Everyone starts working to make the Princess Festival that Matsuri planned a reality. Everyone will also be performing live on stage, so they are practicing hard every day. Meanwhile, Natsu is having a discussion with the Kazahana sisters.

The PriFes has finally begun, reaching its peak right from the start. The girls Minamo and the others have met are participating with various performances. And Minamo and the others await the Kazahana sisters. On the stage Natsu has prepared, to sing together.

At the climax of the PriFes, the White Queen finally takes action. She lures the Princesses into her lair where she reveals the shocking truth.

The Princesses, now transformed, confront the White Queen in a decisive battle. Yet the White Queen's full might proved overwhelming, surpassing even that. At the Princess Festival venue, everyone desperately holds back the Jammersnark. Without relying on the Princesses, relying solely on their own strength.

Minamo and the others savored the return of peaceful days at last. Yet a worry lingered: Naviyu had not been seen since that incident. Then, as if on cue, a strange phenomenon occurred. Phantoms of Alicepians began appearing in Minamo's world.

The Red Queen has already vanished, so why is the Band Snatch here? The Princesses are bewildered, yet the Band Snatch launches their attack regardless.

Having absorbed the Musessence of the Red and White Queens, Naviyu proclaims himself King and declares war. His goal is simple: the domination of Alicepia. With their Princess powers taken away, Minamo and the others spend several days utterly helpless. Meanwhile, a mysterious tower suddenly appeared in Alicepia.

Guided by the sisters who have returned as Flower Knights, Minamo and the others confront the Band Snatch at the tower's summit. Though the Flower Knights fight valiantly, they are still no match for the Band Snatch. Trapped in a desperate situation, Minamo and the others realise: A Princess is born only after one has heightened their Musessence.

Entrusted with the true intent and feelings of the Band Snatch, the Princesses confront Naviyu. Leaving the copies of the Red and White Queens to the sisters, Ripple and the others fight to engage Naviyu in dialogue. The three who stood closest to Naviyu unleash their feelings through song and fists.

A hymn of destruction. A song of invasion. Carol was the calamity that the former Princesses had once driven away, and which the Red and White Queens feared would return. A natural phenomenon devoid of any human intent or malice, destined merely to obliterate all that exists. As a result, the worlds of Alicepia and Minamo's have merged, and Jammerwocks are appearing endlessly throughout the city.

The Princesses and Band Snatch set out to defeat the Jammerwocks, but Carol is determined to create even more of them. Natsu appeals to the people via a live stream. The world’s rallying cry: Musessence. Let’s increase the joy and fun that give rise to it, she says.
