Baker Tom Herbert and his brother Henry, a chef, are on a mission to prove that British food is among the best in the world. To set the record straight, they are visiting six of their favorite locations to meet people who are producing great British grub.

4. Cartmel
⏱ 44 minTom and Henry travel to Cartmel in the Lake District. The village is home to Sticky Toffee Pudding, which provides inspiration for the boys' own deliciously easy dessert.
5. Monmouth
⏱ 44 minTom and Henry travel to the Welsh town of Monmouth. The town boasts its own dessert, the Monmouth Pudding, which provides inspiration for the boys' brown bread ice cream.
6. Wells
⏱ 44 minTom and Henry visit the magnificent cathedral city of Wells in Somerset. The area is world-renowned for its cider and apples so they decide to cook Saintly cider apple fritters.
